If the event is postponed due to weather, a notice will be posted on the Manchester Parks and Recreation Department Facebook page and the Thunder Radio’s website. We will make a determination no later than 4:00 pm on Saturday (11/30/19) if the parade will be postponed. In the event the parade is postponed, it will be rescheduled for Sunday (12/01/19) at the same time. Lineup beginning at 5:00 pm and parade starting at 6:30 pm.
