Members of the Chamber of Commerce and the community gathered Wednesday, August 25, 2010 to celebrate a ribbon cutting and open house for CASA Works, Inc. CASA provides "Court Appointed Special Advocates" for abused and neglected children in Bedford and Coffee Counties.

A Birthday Celebration for Mayor Worthington
Manchester Police Department held a luncheon on Friday, February 26, 2010 to celebrate the birthday of former Mayor Roy Worthington. Mayor Worthington served from 1979 to 1991. Several City and County officials were in attendance.

20 Years of Service
Captain Wilma Thomas and Mayor Superstein present Chief Ross Simmons with an honor commemorating 20 years of service as Chief of Manchester Police Department. A luncheon was held following the presentation.

Mayor Superstein signed Proclamation designating January 24-30, 2010 School Board Week.
