1. What phone number do I call for a non-emergency?

2. Where can I go to get an Accident/Incident Report?

An Accident/Incident Report can be obtained in person at Manchester Police Headquarters, 200 West Fort St., Manchester, TN 37355 or call 931-728-2099 and ask for copy of Accident/Incident Report to be emailed or faxed.

3. What are the business hours to pay traffic/court tickets or get an Accident/Incident Report?

Hours of Operation to pay a Citation or obtain an Accident/Incident Report in person are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Evening hours are available Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM on most days. Call 931-728-2099 to ensure personnel available.

4. What days are Municipal Court held on each month?

Municipal Court is held every 2nd and 4th Wednesday each month unless otherwise noted beginning at 8:00 AM.

5. Can I pay municipal court/traffic tickets with a credit card?

Yes. The Municipal City Clerk’s office accepts credit card payments. You may pay by credit card either in person, telephone, or online. If paid in person or from telephone call directly to police department, a processing fee of 4.0% is charged to the cardholder. If paid online or by phone automation (1-866-301-6676), a processing fee of 4.0% plus a vendor handling fee of $2.50 to $3.50 is charged to the cardholder.
