Service Activation

Guidelines

• Service is initiated by visiting the Customer Service office located at 200 West Fort Street
• A $150 deposit is required for renters or any customer with a history of prior bad debt with the City.
• There is a $35 non-refundable service initiation fee for new or transferred service, and a photo ID is required.
• Service can usually be provided the same day for requests made before 2:00 pm.
• There is a $55 charge to have water turned on after hours.
• Customers will be billed until service is cancelled.
